Selling

For estates and large consignments please call us to make an appointment with our Director on 0426 254 797

If you have digital images of the items you wish to sell you are welcome to email those through to us at [email protected] and we can provide you possible auction estimates based on these images. Bear in mind these estimates do not constitute a formal appraisal of the fair market value of property and are not generally suitable for insurance or other purposes.

As we are not a general auction house but try to deal in the quality end of the market we cannot accept every item you wish to consign. Each entry will be vetted to make sure they are of the quality and interest to our specialized buyers. If your item is accepted for sale we allow each vendor to reserve their item for one auction only. After the first auction if the reserve was not met the vendor will have the option of withdrawing the item and collecting immediately, or to resubmit the item unreserved for the second sale. In between the first and second sale we will submit the item for sale by private treaty at the original reserve price (if the vendor agrees). If the item cannot be sold at the time of lotting the second sale it will be catalogued and sold unreserved in that second sale.

Vendors with sold items will be sent a detailed sales invoice within 7-10  days of the auction end, with payment via wire transfer into their designated account as noted on their original consignment form.

We can arrange transport of your goods from your place to the auction room if you require this… or you can book your own. We receive goods for the next auction 7 days a week.
